 Il BMXnet tedesco e il Meeting Internazionale APTPI organizzato in Italia sono gli unici eventi europei formativi dedicati a tutto ciò che ruota attorno all’industria della Body Art.
L’Associazione italiana, come di consueto, è stata invitata ad aderire alla terza edizione della manifestazione.
L’organizzazione ha dato spazio ad APTPI per allestire un info-point con lo scopo di promuovere le attività finora svolte, distribuendo brochure informative e proiettando uno slide show con foto e video autoprodotti. In particolar modo, l’obiettivo principale è stato quello di presentare il programma della Conferenza Internazionale che si terrà a Milano dal 15 al 17 gennaio 2010. Assieme ad APTPI hanno esposto suppliers di livello internazionale, grazie ai quali il pubblico partecipante ha potuto informarsi sulle ultime novità, sia per quanto riguarda la gioielleria, sia per le attrezzature che uno studio professionale dovrebbe possedere per ritenersi all’avanguardia. Nelle aree dedicate della location si sono tenute lezioni di approfondimento per tatuatori, body piercers e body modifiers, affiancati da workshops interattivi (visita il sito www.bmxnet.org per il programma dettagliato) seguite da 190 persone provenienti prevalentemente dal Nord Europa. Le serate invece, per allietare il tempo libero, sono state affidate a vari performers che hanno intrattenuto il pubblico con shows e performances, tra questi citiamo Pain Solution, Visavajara, Superfly e Mundus Absurdus. In conclusione lo staff APTPI partecipante ritiene che il BMXnet sia un’esperienza sicuramente ripetibile ed un ottimo punto di incontro, di scambio di informazioni e di collaborazione tra realtà, che, pur essendo vissute in nazioni differenti, si accomunano sotto molti punti di vista. 3° BMXnet, Essen, Germany. The German BMXnet and the APTPI International meeting in Italy are the only European formative events related to the Body Art industry. As usual, APTPI has been invited to the 3rd edition of BMXnet. The organization gave us the chance to set up an info-point in order to promote all the activities we’ve carried out until now: we handed out informative brochure and showed pictures and videos. Particularly, our main purpose has been to introduce the programme of the International meeting that will take place in Milan, from the 15th to the 17th January, 2010. Togheter with APTPI, there were International suppliers giving to the attendees the opportunity to inquire about the latest development in jewelry and in the equipment that every well-advanced professional tattoo and piercing shop should have. During the BMXnet took place full immersion classes and interactive workshops for tattooist, body piecers and body modifiers (visit www.bmxnet.org for the detailed programme) attended by 190 operators mostly coming from North Europe. To cheer up the free time, several performers entertained the audience with night shows and performances: among all we mention Pain Solution, Visavajara, Superfly and Mundus Absurdus. We think that BMXnet is a great meeting where professional operators living different realities can work side by side, share information, confront each other and collaborate.
